I'm going public with this to sort of, "Give myself a kick in the butt."
I've been guilty of this for too long...
I hope I'm not the only one.
I'm really not much of a procrastinator....unless it involves physical exercise. {eek!}
I have SUCH a hard time motivating myself in this area, because I'm an 'all or nothing' type of girl. When I exercise, I obsess, and when I slow down, I completely stop. Does that make sense?
I need to find a happy medium. End of story.
Last week when I was scouring some of my favorite blogs, I stumbled across this little gem.

She had been blogging on her newest adventure/hobby...running!
She said,
"Every time I would go to one of his{my husband} races, I would wish that I could run, but quickly put it out of my mind since "I wasn't a runner!"
Errrrr...my thoughts EXACTLY!
Then she said,
"When I first looked through the program, I was pretty confident that I wouldn't make it past week 5. Week 5 takes you from 3 and 5 minute runs to 5 and 8 minute runs to....gulp...20 minute runs!! What?!? I thought for sure that would never happen! A 20 minute run might as well be a marathon for me!!
Well, I was wrong!! At some point in week 4, running actually became enjoyable! I never thought I would ever say that!! I was running longer in each run than the program called for in weeks 4 and 5 and only stopped because it was dark outside and I needed to cool down a little before getting in the car to drive home! Crazy!"

Ok, I'm doing this! If she can do it, I {hope} I can do it! lol
Kiki found the Couch to 5K running program and that's what I'm going to do!
I know, I know, you're probably laughing at me BUT I have to start somewhere!
I used to run{a little}, but got off track, somehow? :-)
Kiki told me that within 2 weeks, she could run 20 minutes! WOO!
{major fist pumps}
She is the mother of two adorable red headed girls and she has inspired ME!
Thank you, Kiki!
She is a fellow Shaklee Distributor as well, and we know that the PERFECT
compliment to our Shaklee supplements is physical exercise.
We have all of the tools to help us get the most out of our running with Shaklee's Sports Nutrition and they JUST came out with new packaging for these already amazing products! TONS of Olympic athletes use their products because when people want the best, they come to Shaklee. We use them all, too!
The new and improved packaging! I love it!
What's even better is that they absolutely WORK. I mean, you can FEEL a difference, work!
That may sound silly to you, but I had supplemented for a long time before Shaklee and never had results.
There is a HUGE difference.
