Attitude

Hi, friends!
What a day!
1.) Dropped the three older kids off for a fun 'field day' at a local Christian school for some fun play time.
2.) Took my youngest{5} out for lunch...giggled and cherished our time together.  :-)

3.) Brought my girls to their final piano lesson of the year.
4.)  DRAINED THE BATTERY of my new{to me} van, letting the boys watch a movie during the lessons.  Oops!
5.)  Called hubby to rescue me.
6.)  Had a VERY bad attitude and became irritable.
7.)  Slammed some cereal to the kids for supper, all cranky like.
8.)  Went to church...heard this...

Psalm 8

"O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.

Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth"

9.) Realized that I have ABSLOUTELY NOTHING to complain about.  God's mercy and grace are sufficient for me!  My attitude needed the adjustment.  Not my circumstances!  :-)

Seriously.  Isn't God so good?  His promises are true.  He has blessed us with so much!

I just thought I would quickly share that with you because I REALLY needed it today!

Tomorrow I am off to the CHEA{Christian Home Educators Conference} to learn a lot, meet new people, and share our wonderful Shaklee business with them!  I LOVE homeschooling{most days}lol and I really like to help others.  Great combination.  :)

I'm already a little sad though, because I'm sure going to miss my family.

I hope that you all have a WONDERFUL weekend!

Thanks so much for visiting and I hope to see you back soon!
:-)
Don't forget about our family's
chicken coop challenge on a budget!!!
I found a $2 treasure to add to it today!
I'd love for you to meet me back here next week so that I can share it with you!
